Consultations & Strategy

With our complimentary consults, we like to talk to inquring clients beforehand. We want to get an idea of what is business is about, what your goals are for your business, and how do you want people to find you online.

Our 30 minutes sessions cover these areas, and we both can get a feel if we would make a team to accomplish what you’re needing.

Depending on where you’re at in the development process of your website we have a variety of types of phone calls we have with out current clients. These can be clients we are actively working with to complete a project, or client where we have launch, but now perhaps need an update, or help.

Inquiries

For all new clients we like to have a complementary consult. This helps in both parties learning about each other, and seeing if we are a good fit! We discuss your business, your plan, and we brainstorm ideas that will benefit your online marketing strategy.

Weekly Strategy Calls

These calls are included within our maintenenance package. Depending on which package you’re signed up for, we have weekly strategy calls to plan out the what’s to come for your online marketing strategy.

Production Calls

During the production of your website, we have calls to discuss where your website is at and where it’s going.

Post-Launch Training

Each of our packages include a training session post launch of your project. Training sessions range 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your package. These sessions are done through zoom, screen shared and recorded so that you have a copy of it following our training.

Mainteneance Consultations

We offer maintenance/website care packages. These calls discuss what your needs are and how much you’re looking for our assistance. Afterwards we discuss which package would best fit your needs.

Troubleshooting

With anything that has moving parts, sometimes issues arise and we offer troubleshooting services to help you fix an issue within your website. We will discuss what you’re needing and then we can discuss a plan of action to fix it.

Divi Training

Divi is a very widely used theme, and we understand sometimes you might need just some help figuring out something. You don’t have to be a development client of ours, we are happy to help walk you through something if you’re needing it.
